TODAY seems like an interesting day to blog about..so i shall.
Somehow, i didnt hear my alarm clock ring, and woke up like 1hr b4 sch. Cabbed there.
Bla..bla..bla..bla(boring sch happenings)
Fast forwarding to 6pm. Naqib and i had Floorball tryouts, but coz he forgot to bring shorts, i decided to accompany him on the SAT tryouts. Good thing: I get to go to the choir auditions. Bad thing: Kane will be mad at me for once again making his life difficult by changing my working time.
So i went to choir auditions with my evil plan in mind. I stepped in and was greeted by this super high gay voice. I turn my head and saw this Huged size guy with curly short hair, greeting me in a way more girly than that bimbo girl in High School Musical. First Impression: BIGGEST MISTAKE TO SET FOOT IN THE ROOM!
Okay, so we did some small scale warm ups, then mingled arnd with the others. This was when i carried out my EVIL PLAN. Yea, got like a few ladies who caught my attention. One is considerably hot and chio, the other..im speechless. She is like an exact copy of the girl in Enchanted. her her dress like more colours than a rainbow with flowers and birds. Her hair clip is this strikingly multi coloured butterfly. And the way she talk, reply, worse than the girl in the Enchanted ah.. I was like wth.. Worse of all, she looks like 30+ when shes arnd 18(despite her dressing). The rest looked like men..
So we played some games and i kena forfeit like 4-5 times. Forfeit have to sing song ah (choir mah). Somehow, smtg went wrong with me.. i sing anything. Its like, the songs they asked me to sing like 'My heart will go on', Linkin parks' songs..etc etc. Everyone in there seemed to know how to sing those songs but me. So i asked for the tune so that it cld trigger smtg..but it triggered ntg, much less the lyrics.i supposed everyone was tinking 'why is this hopelessly-cnt-sing person in choir auditions?' Then this girl offered to do the forfeit for me...a pity she looked like a man. Yea, she played the piano like some mad music prodigy..turns out shes taking her diploma this yr for piano..
At arnd 8 45, was my turn to go audition. I was surprised that my legs were shaking. Haha, those who had doubts on my singing ability had a big shock in their life. The moment i opened my mouth, the whole room shook. Literally shook. Its like BOOM!, got a sonic boom like that. The ppl there almost flew backwards. I tink they havent heard a voice so wholesome and wonderful, like mine, since pavaroti(how u spell ah?). Yea, so after my opening entrance, i received lots of nods. The ppl there were like 'OMG!' *MOUTH OPEN BIG BIG, EYES OPEN BIG BIG STARING AT EACH OTHER*. Sadly, coz i havent eaten my dinner, my breath control and pitching abit off..took alot of glamour from my song.
Then they ask alot of qns, immediately threw me the 'Future TP choir president' kind of qns like 'How do u intend to bring TP's choir to greater heights?', 'How do u intend to train other members?', ' What is your mission for the choir..' and all those serious qn. Haha, got one qn is :'wats ur greatest weakness?' I replied truthfully: 'slacking'.
Lol. They seemed utterly disappointed with the 'What is your mission for the choir' qn, coz my reply was 'Actually, *long pause* im interested in the choir, but nt keen. I have other things to do rather than attending choir..but, if u all need a powerful bass for events, just call me lah..' Then i walked off.
Hopefully, those who caught my eye, will call me...if nt i wld have wasted 5 hrs of my life for ntg..and my Evil Plan will be a failure.
